Internal Branding and Workspace Design
Objective: To create a meaningful and engaging employee experience through a branded work environment that reflects the company’s values and strengthens internal communication.
The process began with a strategic internal comms approach, analyzing the company pitch and how it connects to its heritage, strong brand identity, business innovation, and most importantly the people behind it.
The internal brand story was then translated into visual branding across offices, factories, and shared spaces, as well as into a branded employee newsletter platform distributed quarterly to boost engagement and internal alignment.
